Human billboards in London (and in the whole UK) are very in fashion: they have been the most economic way to advertise without paying taxes, since 200 years ago. They use the ability a body has to move (so you don’t need to buy a space), and also the communicative potentialities that the body naturally possesses.

Polar bears and penguins committing suicide is the focus of a series of provocative art installations by Taiwanese artist Vincent J.F Huang. Dubbed the Suicide Penguins, Huang’s art explores the negative effects global climate change is having on the animals of the world, in particular the creatures living at the North and South Poles.

The Suicide Penguins art installation, located under Millennium Bridge in London, England features two glass penguins and a stuffed polar bear hanging from nooses.

Are you afraid of ants? Hardly, it’s harmless, even beneficial insects. But what would you say when you look at the building of the National Congress of Colombia, the entire facade is covered with huge ants? A little scary, right?  Yet fear is not worth it, because the project “Seized Home” – only the original symbiosis of nature and art, created by the artist Rafael Gomez Barros (Rafael Gómez Barros) to draw attention to the problems of forced migration in Colombia.

Chinese artist Li Wei from Beijing. His work is a mixture of performance art and photography that creates illusions of a sometimes dangerous reality.

The project took 4000 l of paint and cost 75,000 e. Half of the cost was covered by municipal funds. Hofstra wants the road to be visible on Google Earth, but it hasn’t shown up yet.

Featuring 1000 m of road painted blue and the phrase “Water is Life” written in eight-metre-high letters across it, the Blue Road is reminiscent of the waterway that used to be where the road is now.

This town-sized illusion by Felice Varini is one epic piece. From one vantage point, it looks as if there are floating circles hovering happily over the beautiful town of Vercorin in the Swiss Alps.

I have been occupied creating new forms of life.

Not pollen or seeds but plastic yellow tubes are used as the basic material of this new nature. I make skeletons that are able to walk on the wind, so they don’t have to eat.

Over time, these skeletons have become increasingly better at surviving the elements such as storms and water and eventually I want to put these animals out in herds on the beaches, so they will live their own lives.”
